Despite not yet having the blessing from the Nevada Gaming Control Board or the Governor, Wynn reopen plans are for May 26th for their flagship casino, Encore and their property in Boston.

Of course, they cannot simply throw open the casino doors. There will be restrictions in place, and one of of the most glaring will be the absence of poker.

Additionally, players visiting Boston casino will find restrictions on how to play Craps. No more blowing on the dice. Also, the game itself might only be found in the high roller area of the property.
