Poker players will have one less option in Las Vegas, Nevada as casino officials have confirmed to USPoker that the Treasure Island poker room has closed.
Offering cash games and regular tournaments, the Treasure Island featured seven tables and spread no-limit hold’em, limit hold’em, and mixed games.
There had been rumors in recents days on social media about the rooms closing, but officials with the company released the following statement on Tuesday.
The casino closed the Treasure Island poker room officially on Tuesday and removed the poker section from its website.
Casino management haven’t decided what will replace the poker room.
