Get ready, Sin City! A Betfred sportsbook is being build inside the new Virgin Las Vegas hotel where the old Hard Rock Casino stood. The facility will be part of the Mohegan Sun Casino Las Vegas. The book will come complete with luxury seating, a state-of-the-art video wall, and over-the-counter wagering. It will also be the fourth American sportsbook for the company. Other locations include Iowa and Colorado, plus the company has plans to announce new state and tribal partnerships in 2021. Virgin Hotels has announced that their property’s grand opening in Las Vegas has been set for January 15, 2021. Located in the space of the former Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, it will include a 60,000 square foot casino operated by Mohegan Sun. At a press event featuring property partners and investors the company said the revitalized property, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will open as Virgin Las Vegas on that date, being revealed on a digital mobile billboard.
