Legendary rockers Styx have schedules a five-night engagement at The Venetian Las Vegas as part of their their 2025 tour. For the first time in their 50 year career, Styx will be performing 1977’s “The Grand Illusion” in its entirety, along with the band’s classic hits. The shows will be held on January 24th, 25th, 29th, 31st, and February 1st of next year. Vegas Casino Employees Could be Fired Over Masks
As Nevada continues to report record new cases of Coronavirus, some Las Vegas casino employees could be terminated for refusing to wear face masks. Spokespersons for The Venetian and Caesars have both indicated that masks are a condition of employment. The Las Vegas Sands Corporation, who run The Venetian, has said that employees who fail to wear a face-covering “will be subject to progressive discipline up to and including termination”.
