The National Hockey League (NHL) has signed a fantasy sports and sports betting partnership with Paddy Power Betfair’s FanDuel brand. West Virginia sports betting handled nearly $7.5 million in bets during the first full month of regulation , although its private club sportsbook proved a bit of a bust.
