Online Poker Report – While one online gambling bill languishes in the Pennsylvania legislature, a plan for a new bill appears to be quietly gathering substantial support. Pennsylvania’s first shot at regulating online gambling came earlier this year in the form of a bill introduced by Rep. Tina Davis.
