The Oregon sports betting fight has begun in earnest, as the state lottery has contracted SBTech  to power mobile and retail sports betting. The state lottery wants to launch by September ahead of the NFL season. However, not everyone is pleased with the idea of mobile gambling. State Senator Mark Hass proposed an amendment to sports betting legislation late last week… an amendment to prohibit sports betting on mobile devices.
