New Jersey Online Gaming Revenue Still Rising

There has been  reported growth for New Jersey online gaming for the month of February. Internet gaming win last month in the US state amounted to $22m (€17.8m), which is 17.5% more than in February last year. First Online Gaming License Issued in Colombia

Wplay.co has become the first company to secure an online gambling licence in Colombia. The operator, owned by electronic gaming machine firm Aquila Global Group, gained approval from the Coljuegos national regulatory body and, according to various reports, will offer a number of services in the South American country. Confirmation of the licence comes as the Colombian government prepares to block unauthorised and unlicensed companies from operating in the country. Online Gaming Bill Passes Illinois Senate

The Illinois Senate has given the green light to a bill that would legalise online gaming and daily fantasy sports (DFS) in the US state. According to Onlinepokerreport.com, the Senate passed House bill H 479 on the final day of the session by a vote of 42-10, and it will now progress to the Illinois House.
