Jumbo Interactive signs American agreements
From iGaming Business Australian interactive lottery firm Jumbo Interactive Limited has made further moves into the American market after signing deals that will see it provide two leading retailers with lottery promotion programmes. Don’t Expect a Nevada Lottery Any Time Soon

Scientific Games Corp.’s $1.5 billion acquisition of slot machine manufacturer WMS Industries doesn’t mean a statewide lottery is headed to Nevada. New York-based Scientific Games provides lottery systems and equipment to U.S. states, Canadian provinces and foreign governments. European Lotteries welcomes European Parliament report
European Lotteries welcomed the publication of a report into online gambling that was adopted by the European Parliament’s Internal Market and Consumer Protection committee, saying that it has seen the European Parliament take ‘a strong stance on the need for measures to fight illegal operators’. “We commend the European Parliament for its clear position on the need for member states to remain in the driver seat,” said Friedrich Stickler, President for European Lotteries.
