Net Entertainment (NetEnt) has entered into a content distribution agreement with Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE). Under the agreement, content developer NetEnt will provide a full suite of casino games for both desktop and mobile to CIE, which has operations across online, mobile and social platforms in the US. Caesars Interactive Entertainment is the online gambling section of the Caesars Entertainment company, providing online gaming options for players located within the borders of New Jersey. The New Jersey Gaming Enforcement Division has fined the group $15,000 for an online gambling violation involving gamblers who are on the self-exclusion list of the state. The self-exclusion list is a list for gamblers who want to prevent themselves from taking part in casino gaming. Impressive Q1 Profits for Caesars Interactive
US operator Caesars Acquisition Company has said that its Caesars Interactive Entertainment business unit was able to achieve “impressive” results during the three months through to March 31. Net revenue generated by the Caesars Interactive division amounted to $176.6 million (€156.2 million) in the first quarter, which represents an increase of 42.2% on the $124.2 million posted in the same period last year. Income from operations rocketed by 666% to $40.6 million while net income from continuing operations also shot up by 992% to $27.3 million. Caesars Interactive completes High 5 Games launch in New Jersey
iGaming Business – US operator Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE) has completed the launch of real-money slot titles from land-based, online, mobile and social games developer High 5 Games on its CaesarsCasino.com platform in the US state of New Jersey. Venture Beat – Caesar’s Interactive Entertainment held its position as the No. 1 social casino gaming publisher in the third quarter, according to market research firm Eilers Research. But overall revenue in the sector was flat in quarter. Growth in the mobile and tablet sector wasn’t able to offset a 7 percent decline in Facebook social casino game revenues.
