Don’t look now, but restaurants could have sports wagers on the menu! Sports betting at Buffalo Wild Wings may become a real thing, the chain confirmed last week.

Buffalo Wild Wings – also known as B-Dubs – has not specified a timeline on the proposed change, which could shake up the sports betting sector in America by providing significant cut-through to the public.

“As the largest sports bar in America, we believe Buffalo Wild Wings is uniquely positioned to leverage sports gaming to enhance the restaurant experience for our guests,” a company spokesperson told iGamingBusiness.com.

“We are actively exploring opportunities, including potential partners, as we evaluate the next steps for our brand.”

The chain did not elaborate on whether those partners would be casinos or other sports betting providers, such as daily fantasy sports operators.
