If you’re planning to spend New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas, or you will be in town around that time, e have the information on the biggest parties, breathtaking fireworks, and best DJ’s, and nightclubs!
It’s our last show of the year! But before I can go enjoy my Christmas break at home, I have to make sure you can enjoy your New Year’s break in Las Vegas! With that said, let’s get right into it with the best parties in Sin City, starting with what’s being called the hottest event for New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas, taking place at Caesar’s Palace! Other events include celebrations at the Sahara, all night DJs at Resorts World, and a masquerade ball at Area 15. There will also be parties at the Paris Beer Park, plus the Bridge Bash at New York New York, and down on Fremont there will be a New Year’s get together at Crash N Burn, and the Legacy club party at Circa! Speaking of Fremont Street, they are throwing the Time of Your Life Celebration, with Flow Ride-ah , Low Cash, Bow Wow and more!
And if you’re downtown looking for the best views of the fireworks, head to the New Year’s Eve bash on the roof of the Plaza! Then back on the Strip, other parties with some elevation include the Night Above it All on the 50th floor of the Rio, the Fireworks Viewing Party at Ghost Bar, located on the 55th floor of the Palms. The Party in the Tower at the top of the Las Vegas Strat, and the roof top party at Mandalay Bay Foundation Room! Of course, if you would prefer to watch the fireworks without having to fight the crowds at the parties , you could always try to watch the fireworks by fighting the crowds on the Strip! These are the casinos that will be shooting off pyrotechnics from their rooftops all up and down Las Vegas Boulevard, from MGM Grand on the south end to Fontainebleau up north and all the way to the Strat.
In addition to the regular show schedule, there will be a very special performance of the amazing Anyma at both the Sphere at Venetian, and the XS Nightclub at the Wynn from December 27th to January 11th, and tickets are currently on sale now! And I still have a lot to share with you about what’s going on for New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas, including DJs, nightclubs, and concerts… because in addition to the residencies that are already playing in Las Vegas, there are a few acts that are coming in just for New Year’s Eve ,or starting their residencies right at the end of December! This includes Creed, who will play the Coliseum at Caesar’s Palace for two nights, as well as Bruno Mars who’s returning to the Park MGM for six shows this month. Additionally, Janet Jackson kicks off her new residency at Resorts World, just in time for the celebrations, and Imagine Dragons will play one show at Venetian just for New Year’s Eve!
And finally this week, we get to the DJs and the nightclubs, which might pose a problem for you, because there’s so much going on you might have a hard time deciding which club you’re going to hit! Starting with the recently renovated LIV at Fontainblue that will reopen December 28th, just in time to welcome Tiesto for the countdown to midnight, while Tyga will be on stage at JEWEL at the Aria! You can also catch Steve Aoki over at the Omnia Club, as well as the Chain Smokers, who will be performing at XS Nightclub over at the Wynn. Also DJ Pauly D, T-Pain, and Lil Wayne will also be in town for the big evening, and you can find them at the Hakkasan, Zouk, and Drai’s night clubs, respectively.
So, that’s a wrap for our New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas show, and for the year. But one last tidbit of information before I go: If you’re a fan of Señor Frog’s over at Treasure Island, you might want to get over there. It’s been announced that they are closing their doors forever, and their last day of operation will be December 31st. We’ll see you next year ! :)
