iGaming Business – Slovenian state-owned Sports Lottery Športna Loterija has launched a selection of virtual sports products from server-based gaming specialist Inspired Gaming. Inspired will supply virtual horse racing, greyhound racing, football, motor-racing, speedway, tennis and cycling games to the lottery’s e-stave website.
The seven games, which have been localised for the Slovenian market, will be streamed on e-stave every three minutes, allowing players to access more than 3,000 betting events per day. The system will now be certified by the Slovenia Institute of Quality and Metrology before being publically launched next month.
“Many of our players are sports fans and are already familiar with sports betting so they will welcome the increased volume of betting entertainment on the website and the range of bet markets available,” Slovenia Sports Lottery’s executive director of games development, Primož Pöschl, said.
“To have a supplier who has such a strong pedigree and one who is continually enhancing their product range was a very important factor for us.”
Steve Rogers, senior vice-presdient of virtual sports and mobile at Inspired Gaming, added: “We are experienced in working with public and private lotteries, and we already supply a number of WLA members including Sisal, Lottomatica, OPAP and NSLAC.
