Richard Lyndaker, a popular online poker legend, has passed away. According to a post on a popular a poker forum, Lyndaker accidentally overdosed on prescribed pain medication he was using for pain associated with a recent soccer injury he sustained.

The poster said that the overdose was confirmed by the coroner’s report, and that he died sometime between Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30. He was 33 years old.
