Online multi-player interactive card game software developer Las Vegas From Home.com (LVFH) Entertainment Incorporated has inked a partnership deal with US Digital Gaming that will see the pair pursue joint opportunities in the United States.

Vancouver-based LVFH Entertainment stated that the agreement, which is subject to approvals from the Toronto Stock Exchange, will allow the companies to ‘combine their strengths in their pursuit of various online gaming opportunities in the United States and abroad’.

The Canadian firm recently revealed plans to issue 30 million new shares via a non-brokered private placement in order to raise approximately $1.47 million for the continued development and introduction of its software products and stated that US Digital Gaming is led by ‘long-time gaming veteran’ Richard ‘Skip’ Bronson.

“Bronson is recognised as one of the leading voices of advocacy for lawful state-by-state domestically-operated Internet gaming,” read a statement from LVFH Entertainment.
