Veteran actor and housing minister Ambareesh, was recently felicitated by Mysore Race Club, at an event which was recently held at Mysore. He was felicitated along with ministers V Sreenivas Prasad and H S Mahadevapa.
After receiving felicitation, Rebel Star Ambareesh said, “I have named one of my horses as My Ambition. The name was kept after my dream of watching Wimbledon and owning a horse was full filled,” he said. The actor also had a piece of advice for those people who think racing as gambling. “Race should be treated as a sport, which requires great skills and not as gambling,” he says.
About Mysore, Ambareesh said, “Mysore is a unique city, which has its own characters which is tough to find in other cities. I am glad to be here.” The actor was last seen in the movie Bul Bul, remake of Telugu movie Darling. The movie has Darshan and Rachita Ram in the lead roles.
