It’s official: FanDuel partners with Major League Baseball! The multi-year agreement will grant FanDuel will gain access to the leagues official data, as well as branding and logos of teams it can use across its online sports betting sites and retail locations. The deal marks the sports betting and daily fantasy sports operator’s first official partnership with either the MLB or its franchises.
Kenny Gersh, executive vice president, gaming and new business ventures at MLB, added: “Baseball is one of the most popular sports to bet on and partnering with MLB allows us to make the betting experience even better for our customers. With an enhanced betting experience, sports fans are watching more baseball as they have a stake in the game.”
