Vegas Video Game Arcade Coming This Fall

As Bally’s transitions to the Horseshoe, Caesars has announced the property will feature a new Las Vegas video game arcade where the old sportsbook once was. The space will occupy 7,000 square feet and be open to all ages. Included in the facility will be over 80 video games, ranging from classic hits to the newest offerings. The space was designed by the Aria Group, and although no official launch date has been set it will debut at about the same time that the Horseshoe brand rolls out. Las week we spoke about the Las Vegas Strip, and we told you about several new things headed to Sin City. Station Casinos: Out with the Old, In with the New

In July of this year, we reported about Station Casinos decision to close and demolish three of their Las Vegas properties. Those included Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho, and Texas Station. Shortly afterward, the company announced a fourth casino, Wild Wild West, would also be torn down. Now, however, the company has revealed even bigger plans to expand their presence in Nevada. Nevada Gaming has Another Billion Dollar Month

Well, this isn’t really a surprise is it? For the 18th consecutive time, Nevada gaming revenue has topped a billion dollars in a month. The numbers are in from August, and they show that the state generated over $1.2 billion for the last full month of summer. The data was compiled by the  Nevada Gaming Control Board, and it shows that revenue was up nearly 27% from August of 2019, before the Coronavirus pandemic forced the closure of the city for several months.
