Nevada Gaming Revenue Has Best January Ever
In the middle of a record breaking run, Nevada gaming continues to reel in huge profits. During the first month of 2024, state revenue from casinos was up nearly one percent and brought in $1.28 billion. And while that’s the biggest total ever for January, it was still far behind December’s totals of $1.43 billion. Nevada gaming revenue from slot machines totaled $885.9 million for the month, which was a a 1.3% increase compared to the previous year. Mirage Volcano Returns to the Strip
We all know that the days of the Mirage Volcano attraction are numbered. Still, it will be good when they turn the show back on tomorrow, Friday March 1st. But no one knows for certain how much longer we have to enjoy it. According to the resort, the famous Strip attraction will operate nightly from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. with shows on the hour.
