Seven BetRevolution Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) complaints are on file. Players have reported that their payout requests have been ignored by customer service. One player, who became irate by the lack of response, threatened to make his complaint public which finally prompted BetRevolution to acknowledge intentionally delaying his withdrawal.
SBR reported on April 8 that BetRevolution confiscated $26,908 from three winning customers accused of syndicate betting. Syndicate betting refers to a group of players acting in concert to circumvent house limits, though in recent years many offshore sportsbooks have broadened the definition to include merely being linked with other accounts on some level.
In the case, BetRevolution searched the Facebook profiles of the players in a bizarre attempt to justify their decision to confiscate their winnings.
