All American Poker Network & Wynn Interactive enter US online agreement

pokeriGaming Business – American Poker Network (AAPN), the joint venture between online gaming operator 888 and investment firm Avenue Capital Group, has entered into a partnership with Wynn Interactive, subsidiary of US casino resort operator Wynn Resorts, to develop Wynn’s online offering in regulated US states.

Powered by the 888 platform, AAPN has already gone live with in Nevada with Caesars’ Interactive Entertainment’s WSOP brand and is going through the licensing process in New Jersey.

Under the agreement, AAPN will now develop and deploy Wynn’s online offering in New Jersey and Nevada, as well as other US states as and when they become regulated.

AAPN will provide Wynn with its poker, casino and back-office platform, in addition to additional operational services.

Wynn will deploy its online brands in the US and will be able to pool liquidity on the AAPN subject to regulatory clearances.

David Licht, executive chairman of AAPN, said: “The platform and ancillary services AAPN will offer through 888, coupled with Wynn’s marquee brand, which is synonymous with quality and trust, will further establish our offering in the forming U.S. regulated online gaming market.”
